We take great pride in our commitment to supporting various charitable initiatives at Southport Printing Co. Throughout the year, we demonstrate our dedication in numerous ways, such as making cash donations, providing complimentary and discounted printing services for flyers and artwork, hosting internal fundraising events, and volunteering our time at local fundraising events on the Gold Coast.
We Firmly Believe in Giving Back to the Community
World’s Greatest Shave
One remarkable example of our team’s dedication was our enthusiastic participation in the World’s Greatest Shave, where we proudly supported the Leukaemia Foundation and successfully raised over $4,000. As part of our ongoing commitment to the community, Southport Printing Co. sponsors a local child through The Smith Family Child Sponsorship program annually.
LIVIN
We also extend our support to LIVIN through various fundraising initiatives. Our contributions to the Cancer Council are consistent, with annual cash donations for Daffodil Day. Additionally, our support for the Make-A-Wish Foundation, a local charity, remains steadfast. Southport Printing Co. has a special connection with Guide Dogs, as their dogs in training often visit our premises, thanks to one of our staff members involved in their training program.
Angel Flight
We were honoured to donate an acrylic sign to Angel Flight, an organization dedicated to improving access to specialized medical treatment for individuals living in remote and regional areas on the Gold Coast.
Australian Red Cross Lifeblood
During the holiday season, you may spot Southport Printing Co. staff members wrapping Christmas gifts for charity during their working hours in December. Furthermore, we actively encourage our employees to take two days off each year to donate blood or plasma to the Australian Red Cross Lifeblood.
